Custom Edible Image Instructions

To order a custom edible image, please email us at support@thebaking-depot.com with the following:

• Your order number (this helps us match your image to your purchase)
• Your image file (.jpg or .png format only)
• The size you would like (see options below)
• Text (if any), including placement and color
• Whether the order will be shipped (shipping charges apply) or picked up locally

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and completion, excluding weekends.

Important Guidelines

• Images must be submitted in .jpg or .png format
• We cannot accept physical photos
• We are unable to create custom designs or edit images
• Your order must be purchased before we can begin processing

To complete your purchase, search for “Custom Edible Image” on our website or locate it under the Decorating tab.

We cannot process edible image orders without both payment and your order number.
