Custom Edible Image Instructions

To order a custom edible image, follow the steps below to make sure we can process your order correctly.

Step 1. Purchase Your Custom Edible Image

Search "Custom Edible Image" on our website or find it under the decorating tab.

Payment must be completed before we can begin processing your edible image.

After placing your order, please email us at support@thebaking-depot.com with the following:

Your order number (this helps us match your image to your purchase)
The # of the Photocake Image OR your image file (.jpg or .png format only)
The size you purchased
Any text including placement, color and message
Whether the order will be shipped (shipping charges apply) or picked up locally

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing and completion, excluding weekends.

We will print your image as submitted. Please make sure your image is already cropped and sized appropriately before sending it.

We cannot process edible image orders without both payment and your order number.
