Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: Yes! Free local pickup is available for all local area customers. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours. You'll receive an email when ready. 

Q: What are your store hours?

A: Monday 10:30am-3pm

    Tuesday 9:00 am – 3pm

    Wednesday-Friday 9am-6pm

    Saturday 8am -12pm   

    Sunday Closed

Q: How do edible images work?

A: Choose your size, complete checkout, then email your high-resolution image to support@thebaking-depot.com with your order number. We'll print it on edible frosting sheets and have it ready in 48 hours. Learn more on our Custom Edible Image Instructions page. 

Q: Do you ship chocolates?

A: We do not ship chocolates; local pickup/shopping only

Q: Can I order custom items?

A: Except for Custom Edible Images, no, not currently.

Q: Do you offer classes?

A: No, not currently. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for any plans to announcements when this changes

Q: What's your return policy?

A: Most unopened items can be returned within 30 days. See our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
