14-Day Return Policy

Most unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Returnable Items

  • Unopened bakeware and tools
  • Unused decorating supplies in original packaging
  • Defective items (please contact us right away)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used food items (including flavorings and ingredients)
  • Custom edible images
  • Final sale items

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@thebaking-depot.com within 5 business days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If we made a mistake or your item was damaged during shipping, we’ll take care of the replacement and shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@thebaking-depot.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • If your original order qualified for free shipping and you choose to return it for reasons other than damage or error, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
