14-Day Return Policy
Most unopened items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Returnable Items
- Unopened bakeware and tools
- Unused decorating supplies in original packaging
- Defective items (please contact us right away)
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used food items (including flavorings and ingredients)
- Custom edible images
- Final sale items
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email support@thebaking-depot.com within 5 business days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
If we made a mistake or your item was damaged during shipping, we’ll take care of the replacement and shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@thebaking-depot.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide return instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Shipping & Return Costs
- If your original order qualified for free shipping and you choose to return it for reasons other than damage or error, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage or an error on our part.
