Food Grade and versatile.  LorAnn's Vegetable Glycerin is used in a variety of food and non food applications.

Glycerin is used to retain moisture in foods, keep items soft, and help to prevent sugar crystallization in foods like candy.  Use in Royal icing to add shine and prevent hardening. Add to fondant to soften.  Add to dried icing to bring back a smooth consistency.
